European Young Chef Awards 2018
IGCAT’s European Young Chef Award 2018 took place at Galway-West of Ireland, European Region of Gastronomy Awarded 2018, and was held at the Galway International Hotel School of the Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology (GMIT), on 25-26 November 2018.
Relive the 2018 Edition
The competition was organised on two consecutive days under the theme Innovation on Tradition, whereby 10 finalists were asked to innovate traditional recipes from their regions by using local seasonal products.
