European Young Chef Awards 2025

IGCAT’s European Young Chef Award 2025 took place in Catalonia, World Region of Gastronomy Awarded 2025, at EUHT StPOL (Sant Pol School of Hospitality and Culinary Management), on 24–28 November 2025.

The competition was organised on two consecutive days under the theme Innovation on Tradition, whereby 9 finalists were asked to innovate traditional recipes from their regions by using local seasonal products.
