European Young Chef Awards 2025

IGCAT’s European Young Chef Award 2025 will take place at Catalonia, World Region of Gastronomy Awarded 2025, at the University College of Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts (EUHT StPOL), on 24–28 November 2025.

Relive the 2024 Edition

The competition was organised on two consecutive days under the theme Innovation on Tradition, whereby 8 finalists were asked to innovate traditional recipes from their regions by using local seasonal products.
