European Young Chef Awards 2017
IGCAT’s European Young Chef Award 2017 took place at Catalonia, European Region of Gastronomy Awarded 2016, and was held at the University College of Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts (EUHT StPOL), on 5-6 November 2017.

The competition was organised on two consecutive days under the theme Innovation on Tradition, whereby 8 finalists were asked to innovate traditional recipes from their regions by using local seasonal products.
