European Young Chef Awards 2021
IGCAT’s European Young Chef Award 2021 took place in Minho, European Region of Gastronomy awarded 2016, and was held at Praça municipal market in Braga, on 23-24 November 2021.

The competition was organised on two consecutive days under the theme Innovation on Tradition, whereby 9 finalists were asked to innovate traditional recipes from their regions by using local seasonal products.
