Catalonia’s finalist selected for the European Young Chef Award 2018

An innovative version of the Pollastre a la Manresaneta (Chicken cooked in the Manresa’s Way) is the recipe that earned Eric Díaz, from Joviat hospitality school (Barcelona) the first prize in the 32nd Catalan Young Chef Contest and secured his participation in the European Young Chef Award 2018 in representation of Catalonia, European Region of Gastronomy awarded 2016. He will compete with finalists from other European Regions of Gastronomy in Galway-West of Ireland, European Region of Gastronomy awarded 2018 on 25-26 November 2018.
