Saber y Sabor magazine highlights the 2016 European Young Chef Award

On 14 November, European Young Chef Award 2016 final will be held in EUHT school in Sant Pol de Mar, Barcelona. Ten young professionals coming from different European regions will face each other to obtain the title. IGCAT (International Institute of Gastronomy, Culture, Arts and Tourism) is the coordinating body of the competition, which is part of the activities organized in the framework of Catalonia – European Region of Gastronomy 2016. The award is an interesting way to defend and promote the gastronomic peculiarities of several European regions.
