A 21-year-old culinary student. Despite his current young age his journey in gastronomy started when he was a very little kid, thanks to his uncle who gave him his first inspiration. It didn’t take long in the kitchen for him to immediately fall in love. He went on to finish 4 years of High School for Catering and Tourism in Ljubljana and is currently finishing the Vocational College for Catering and Tourism Bled. Rok has worked in several restaurants in Ljubljana and on several culinary events as well. He has also taken part in a couple of culinary competitions. He strongly follows the principles of zero waste and seasonal products efficiency. His interests include haute cuisine and seasonal recipes.
