Local Young Chef rejuvenates traditional Slovenian cuisine

As part of launching their candidacy for the European Region of Gastronomy 2021 title, Slovenia selected a finalist to the European Young Chef Award 2018, to be held in Galway-West of Ireland, European Region of Gastronomy awarded 2018 on 25-26 November. Rok Žurman, from VSG Bled, impressed the local jury by innovating on a typical regional dish from Slovenia, making his way to the European contest.
